Query on Marriage

One principle of marriage is to check whether krur aur pap grah are sitting in 1st 2nd and 7th house. If rahu is sitting in 1st house and ketu in 7th house. Rahu moves to 12 th house in bhav chalit and ketu moves to 6 th house. Now this principle still applicable???
