One question is arising in my mind since a long time. When a person is born in western part of Gujrat or in North Eastern part of India, the actual birth time is 30min ahead or behind of IST (following Pakistan & Bangladesh time zone). But as there is only one time zone followed in India we consider IST across the country and hence the divisional chart ascendants change accordingly. How far this change matters in one's chart? Please provide your opinion on this sir.
