Is there any conditions in which we can say a planet in rahu ketu axis will not be afflicted by them rather rahu ketu will support the agenda of the planet.

Rahu ketu mostly support their own agenda.. as they take energy of house, planet and rashi they come in contact with... So if they are with strong karak planet in a good house.. they perform very well for the native.
