One quick question...when looking at the Navmansh, should a planet be considered better/worse only based on the sign it has acquired or an equal importance must be given to the house it occupies. For example, Mars situated in 3rd house of cancer ascendant occupying 10th house in D-9 in Gemini sign. Will this position of 10th house make Mars better or it's enemy sign of Gemini will.nake it worse? Appreciate your answer here. Regards Bhardwaj
