Most astrologers interpret transits from the lagn or the chandra lagn and there is debate about which should be prioritised. Obviously, shani transits like dhaiyya and sadesati are seen only from the chandra. Ashtakvarga is another technique to fintetune the results of the transit through a house, which may be strong or weak as per the number of bindus.
But what about benefic aspects to a house i the natal chart? If a house is aspected by a benefic or its own lord, it gains strength. Should we not then take that into consideration as well. If Shani passes through a certain house, which is aspected by its own lord in the natal chart, can we say that the problems related to shani will be more manageable because the house is strong? Thanks.
